Basic Forward Exchange Fee

$500 for the closing of one relinquished and one replacement property. This fee includes all consultation and the documentation for both closing and your personal escrow account.

Multiple Properties Fee

Multiple Property exchange fees apply when the exchanger closes on properties in excess of one relinquished property and one replacement property. It is an Additional $250 per closing outside of one relinquished property and one replacement property.

Reverse Exchanges

Reverse Exchanges begin at $2,500 for the Accomodation of Title plus the exhange fee as depicted above. Depending on the complexity of the exchange there may be additional fees. It is recommended to call for a quote.

Exchangers are responsible for any ancillary fees that occur during the exchange process.
These may include but are not limited to overnight delivery fees, courier fees and bank wire fees.
